The Fourth Doctor, also known as "The Proto-Eighth Doctor," was played by Tom Baker for seven consecutive seasons (1974 - 1981) and remains the longest-lived incarnation of the Doctor in the show's onscreen history. He is iconic as fuck.


When the Third Doctor was kill at the end of Planet of the Spiders Glorious Four began his reign. Beginning with Robot the Doctor became all teeth and curls, not to mention the booming voice and giant wang.

In Four's final story Logopolis he was so sick of Adric he jumped off a satellite tower and regenerated into the Fifth Doctor.

He later regenerated again into the Curator.
